Show a model answer
Model answer. Jesus tells the man to sell what he owns, give to the poor and follow him, challenging attachment to wealth. The man leaves distressed, illustrating how possessions can make discipleship difficult. Jesus’ image of a camel passing through the eye of a needle stresses the difficulty, while the disciples’ question and Jesus’ reply that what is impossible for humans is possible for God leave room for divine help.
