Amounts displayed in other currencies for reference are not the settlement amount.
  3. Consumption tax and other taxes shall be borne by the User as displayed.
  4. The Company may revise the fees. The Company shall notify subscribing Users no later than 30 days before the effective date of the revision. Where the Company makes a refund (including the case under the preceding paragraph and the case where the Company voluntarily agrees to a refund), the amount of the refund shall, for any reason whatsoever, be limited to an amount equivalent to one month's fee for that subscription. For half-yearly-payment plans, an amount equivalent to one-sixth of the half-yearly fee, and for annual-payment plans, an amount equivalent to one-twelfth of the annual fee, shall be regarded as one month's fee. However, where laws and regulations require a refund of an amount exceeding this, the provisions of such laws and regulations shall apply.

  1. A User may share their own referral link issued by the Company with third parties. Where one or more persons newly register an account through the referral link (each, a "Referred Person"), the referring User may receive, once only, the discount specified by the Company (50% off the first month; the "First-Month Discount") on the first payment of a paid subscription the User newly applies for (monthly billing only). Regardless of the number of Referred Persons, the First-Month Discount by referral is granted only once. Referred Persons pay the regular price.
  2. Where a User starts the application procedure for a paid subscription (monthly billing only; meaning the creation of the Company's payment screen) within 10 minutes of registering their account, the User may receive the First-Month Discount, once only, on the first payment of that subscription (the "New-Account Offer"). Whether the application was started within 10 minutes is determined by the time on the Company's server; if it was, the First-Month Discount applies even if payment is completed after the 10 minutes (the payment screen is valid only for the period set by the Company). Users who have previously had a paid subscription are not eligible for the New-Account Offer.
  3. The First-Month Discount does not apply to 6-month or annual billing and cannot be combined with the launch campaign or any other discount. Where a User is eligible for both benefits in the preceding two paragraphs, the New-Account Offer is applied first, and the First-Month Discount by referral may be used on a monthly subscription the User newly applies for afterwards.
  4. Self-referrals, referrals of persons who have already registered, registration of multiple accounts by the same person (including for the purpose of receiving the New-Account Offer repeatedly), and any other use the Company determines to be improper or contrary to the purpose of this Article are not eligible for the benefits of this Article. In such cases, the Company may cancel the discount granted or charge the amount of the discount.

  2. Scored sessions are provided in the number specified by the Company for each plan (Standard 30, Pro 60, Premium 100), per month (30 days) aligned with the billing period of the subscription. Unused sessions do not carry over. Recordings too short to be scored are not counted.
  3. The Speaking Unlimited option (paid; renewed monthly) may be added by Users with an active IELTS Academic subscription. Even with "unlimited" use, a cap of 30 sessions per day applies as the scope of fair use, to cover AI costs and prevent abuse. The Company may restrict use that it determines exceeds the scope of ordinary study, such as automated submissions or use for purposes other than study.
  4. The Speaking Unlimited option may be cancelled at any time and remains available until the end of the paid period. The option cannot be continued on its own where the underlying subscription has been cancelled. Refunds are governed by Article 12.
  5. Recordings and transcripts of Speaking practice are not stored (only the score and the date are kept). See the Privacy Policy for details.
